This brand new luxurious 5-bedroom villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.

Downstairs: there is an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has widescreen TV with satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside.

Additionally, downstairs from the main living area you will find 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with a single bed, both have en-suite bathrooms, there is also a further living room and kitchen area on this floor with access to the outside staircase leading directly to the garden area.

Upstairs: you will find three bedrooms. There is one double and two twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built-in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble drier.

One of the biggest luxuries of this villa is the roof terrace that is complete with a seating area and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a drink after a long day in the sun, whilst appreciating the sea views.

Outside: in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop for cooking outdoors, covered seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.

The Villa was amazing, very clean, spacious and in a great location. We had a large family group of 10 stay here, the bedrooms were all clean and well maintained, the layout of the Villa worked very well, the pool is a good size and the heater kept the pool warm. I would stay here again, but check if the restaurants and main strip are open so we could do more, but apart from that its is a highly recommended Villa worth the stay.
