Both the kitchen and living room have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite handicap-equipped bathroom and A/C and 2 twin bedrooms, both with A/C and en suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a master double-bedroom with A/C, en suite bathroom, and balcony access.
