This lovely villa is located near Latchi, Paphos District. This detached vacation rental property offers air conditioning, free WIFI and sleeps up to 9 people (8 Adults and 1 Child) with 4 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms. There is a private large pool and children's pool. Barbecue.

Layout: Outside the villa offers two pools; A big pool (5m x 10m, 1,40m deep) that overflows into a smaller pool (2.5m x 5m, 70cm deep) as well as privately tended gardens and a garden BBQ.

Inside, the ground floor offers an open plan area with a spacious living room with a 50-inch TV, dining room and kitchen. There is also a guest WC room. Both the kitchen and living room have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite handicap-equipped bathroom and A/C and 2 twin bedrooms, both with A/C and en suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a master double-bedroom with A/C, en suite bathroom, and balcony access.

Living Room, The air-conditioned Living Room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen The air-conditioned kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a Barbecue outside.
