This Cyprus traditional villa with exceptional huge landscape gardens, BBQ area and an amazing extremely large private overflow pool (6x12 meters), is found in a quiet area and in walking distance to the beach (350 meters).

You can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (approximate 4km ) passing 350 meters from your villa, enjoy exceptional views of the coast and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coastline (see photo).

The spacious villa provides a lovely children’s pool and share a full-size tennis court (with 2 other neighbouring villas). It offers Garden BBQ and free wifi. It is suitable for weddings or other functions.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms (1 downstairs and 3 upstairs) fully air con, all en-suite and additional quest toilet. If additional beds are required there is 2 folding beds. It can sleep up to 10 people. It has 5 bathrooms (4 en-suite and a guest toilet). Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included

The air conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally.

For larger Parties: we offer another 2 similar villas of 4 bedroom each located just next to this villa. Each one is totally interdependent and has its own private pool and garden.
