The lovely bungalow-villa with private pool is located only 200m from the sea, The spacious villa is set in a private road, in the idyllic peaceful area of Chlorakas and only few min drive from the famous Coral Bay.The design of the property is inspired by the Mediterranean sea and the Greek islands.

Its perfect location allows easy access to many places of interest. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance from the villa.

You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway (4km aprox) found 150m from the villa.The pathway is along the sea and offers unforgetable and spectacular views.It is ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll.

The family villa has a double master bedroom with en-suite shower room and one twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom and a guest toilet.

The swimming pool can be enclosed,all around, providing the maximum secure for the kids.(There is an extra charge for this facility).

It provides free Internet access (wifi).

Nearby (1.5km) you can visit the postcard-perfect St George chapel and marvel at its architecture and frescoes.In the other direction ( aprox 2.km) you can find the world famous Tombs of the Kings and if you continue for another couple of kilometers (aprox 4km), you will reach to the small harbor and Castle of Kato Paphos, right next to the Mosaics which are listed as an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, forming a large open air museum.By the harbor you can enjoy a meal (fish or cypriot trational food) or dring, or have a daily cruse around Paphos coastline.
