You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway (4km aprox) passing in front of the villa.The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo). 

The villa arranged in 2 levels: On the ground floor is the fully equipt kitchen and the dining and sitting area having access to 2 large covered verandas and to the private pool.In this level it is also a double bedroom/ensuite and a guests toilet. A lovely covered BBQ and garden with grasse found in this area. The pool area of the villa is gated for more safety of the children.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (double and twin) both enusite.There is also a small kitchenette.The 2  bedrooms have access to a large covered veranda overlooking the Med sea in few meters away and offers fantastic sea views.

From your villa you can enjoy pleasant walks along the un-spoilt long beach (aprx.4km) and have a meal or drink to the sea-front taverns/pubs found along the coast line.

Distances: Distances: coffee shop, grill house, tavern, supermarket 200m – 1000m away, Polis town 10 minutes drive,  Coral Bay 40km, Paphos town 40km, Kato Paphos tourist area 40km, Paphos airport 45km, Larnaka airport 160km.The villa has the benefit of short distance to several taverns and bars, cofee shop/grill, small supermarket and a kiosk.

The area offers plenty opportunity for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi Marina with its famous fish taverns and the town Polis Chrysochous with all necessary amenities are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.
