This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay.

Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. There is an open-plan sitting area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a W/C.

Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower, along with a separate shower and toilet room. A spacious outside balcony area offers sea views.

Outside, the large garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining.

Satellite TV and free WI-FI are provided, and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and beach.

The villa is a good choice for a larger group of people, like four couples or two families with children. It has all the necessities - enough space, bathrooms, appliances. The kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to make dinner themselves. The pool area is large and open and good for small kids. The villa is located in a quiet area a couple of minutes' walk from the sea (for a quick swim), and about 5-10 minutes' walk from Protaras center and Fig Tree Bay. All in all the villa is highly recommended. Our host, provided necessary cots and highchairs for infants, and was helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry we had

A large, really spacious villa. Excellent location, to the nearest small beach - 2 minutes, to Fig Tree Bay 10 min. It is located far from the party, in a quiet area, while walking is convenient to walk to the center, near the supermarket Liddle. The villa has American billiards and table football. Free cots and 2 highchairs were available on request on request. A few days before the arrival of the manager called to clarify all the details and whether we need something else. The pool came to clean about a day or two later. Cleaning was once in the middle of the rest, quality, with the change of all linen, towels, brought new jars with gels / shampoos. In general, we go to Cyprus every year and every time we rent different villas, this one of the best options for both location and internal layout / convenience
