This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.

 Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda. There are another 2 bedrooms, both with single beds .

Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool from where you can also enjoy the sea views. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.

Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a luxury property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre. 

Located less than 10 minutes walk from the tourist amenities and beaches, this area of Pernera is an ideal base for exploring the resort. A great variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within easy reach. Larnaka airport 65km

TESTIMONIALS
House number is the last one on the street. Just opposite a park. Spotless clean the house and the pool area. Clean sheets and towels. Even a smart TV with Netflix on , a radio and breakfast goods where placed for free. Nice modern decoration. Even we had a problem with the fridge and in an hour the technician was there. The swimming pool water twice a week was maintained. Absolutely perfect. And last thanks for the assistance.
