The villa is situated in a quiet location amongst nature, and it is very relaxing. A short walk (approx. 800m) is the centre of the village which has a bank, butcher, kiosk, coffee shop, museum, and a small supermarket. In the other direction, you will go to the small, fishing harbour of Pomos with great fish tavernas. There are also several quiet and unspoiled, beaches.

Outside there is a driveway to the side of the villa with private parking for 2 cars and a barbecue cooking area with a traditional style Cyprus barbecue. There is a long balcony which has a small seating area. From here you have lovely views over the gardens below and beautiful views of the sea.

The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1m – 2.1m). From the pool area, there are steps down to the garden area which has a vegetable garden and a small orchard. The owner is a keen gardener and grows organic fruit and vegetables which customers are encouraged to try! These include cucumbers, lettuces, tomatoes, cabbage, courgettes, oranges, peaches, mandarins, grapes, apricots, watermelon, and melon, depending on the season.

Ground floor:  Light and airy, modern living room, with widescreen TV with DVD player. For the winter, there is a log burning fire, which keeps the whole house cosy and warm. This room leads on to the adjacent open plan dining area/kitchen.

The dining area has a large modern table with 8 chairs. There are doors which lead out onto a long terrace which has panoramic sea views. The kitchen is modern and has a halogen hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toasted sandwich maker and a Frappe coffee machine. There is also a small breakfast bar with 3 stools.

First floor: The master bedroom has a double bed and a sofa which opens into a bed being ideal for children. There is also an ensuite shower room. The bedroom 2 has a double bed and the bedroom 3, twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a washing machine.

On this floor, there is also a large, covered terrace which has views over the swimming pool and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioning (free of charge).

Distances: Small supermarket, bank, butcher, kiosk, coffee shop, museum 800 meters. Taverns near the small fishing harbour and beaches 15min walk (3-4 min drive). Paphos airport 1 hour, Larnaka airport 2 and half hours.
