Refundable Security Deposit - €500 pre-authorised by debit/credit card only on arrival* Doubled if holding function. Deposit will be automatically released 30 days from holding date (unless you have been notified of a claim on the deposit)

Extra infant sets (highchair & travel cot & linen) charged at €10.00 per set per day. Must be pre-booked a minimum 7 days in advance of arrival

Function Fee - €500 (includes light clean of outside areas only on day after function)

Maximum Occupancy - 10 including children (excluding infants under 2yo)

Pets - No pets allowed. Single Gender - No hen or stag parties accepted.
