Ground floor: This villa offers a spacious living area with fireplace and TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you will need for your holiday. There is a dining table comfortably seats up to 14 guests and there is also a kitchenette with large fridge. Patio doors lead you to the stunning outside terrace and the overflow swimming pool.

Upper floor: From the living area you can either access the lift or take the stairs to go to the first floor where you will find four of the villa’s bedrooms: Master double bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, a Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 Twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with adjacent shower room. The twin bedrooms can be made into doubles, upon request. Three out of the four bedrooms on the first floor have a private furnished balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views.

From the upper floor there are stairs leading up to a large furnished roof terrace with shower, and jacuzzi where you can sit and relax whilst admiring the amazing views of the Med Sea and surrounding area within 180 decrees views.

Lower Floor: The final Twin bedroom of the villa is located on the lower ground floor, with an en-suite shower room. On this floor, you will find the villa’s twelve-seater cinema with hundreds of movies and TV system. In this level is also the sauna, a table tennis table and a table football.

Outside: offers a beautiful infinity heated swimming pool, a sunbathing terrace, the built-in BBQ and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing.

The villa comes with a lift to all floors, except the roof terrace. All internal doors and showers are suitable for wheelchairs. The doors leading to the pool terrace and balconies are sliding patio doors suitable for a wheelchair.

There are 4 restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk covering all the food and beverages of your choice.

Coast/Beach: The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest offshore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies. Coral Bay center is approx. 2.5km from the villa.

Coral Bay is the well-known award-winning blue flag beach resort for the Paphos district. This family-oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The center of the resort which features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry within 2.5km of the villa. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments.
