This fabulous villa with private pool is situated in the heart of Coral Bay and short walk to the main Coral Bay street with the amenities. The nearest restaurants, bars, supermarkets are only 3min walk and the sandy beach 10minutes.

It is an ideal location for those who do not want to use a car. A regular bus service stops just 100m from the villas, and this will take you into the tourist area of Paphos where you can explore the harbor, visit the Roman mosaics, or simply unwind in one of the tavernas overlooking the sea.

Ground Floor: is the living area, the kitchen, dining area and a private patio offers views of the pool and garden Also on this floor there is a toilet as well as a double bedroom with en-suite shower.

Upper floor: There are three bedrooms: the master en-suite bedroom with balcony and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Outside: is a large terrace to the front ideal for an evening barbeque, the private swimming pool and the garden

Coast/Beach: The beautiful beach resort of Coral Bay is often described as the best bay on the west of the island. And it’s no surprise, when you consider the calm turquoise sea, dipping gently into some of the clearest off shore diving space in the Mediterranean, the scattered palm trees, the 600 meters of soft white sand and, in summertime, the almost cloudless blue skies. Coral Bay is a 5 minute walk from the villa.
