The villa is very grand in every sense and is set on a small hillside above a village and boasts the most fantastic sea and mountain views. The shops and restaurants of Polis are only a 10 minute drive from the villa. This area is becoming very popular with the wealthy Cypriots as life here is much more relaxed and at a slower pace. As you drive up from the coast road you pass many very fine houses and this villa takes pride of place on a very large plot amongst some of the best. An unmade drive leads from the lane up to the parking area, which is situated in front of the property.

As you enter the villa you immediately realise that no expense has been spared with the tiling, fittings and furnishings in this gracious family home. The hall leads into an open plan enormous, air-conditioned lounge, which is most comfortably furnished with leather sofas and DVD and Sony PlayStation 2 for your added enjoyment. Large patio doors lead out to the railed off terrace and pool, ensuring total safety for small children.
